Summer in Arandas

Ingredients
- 1.5 parts Mijenta Blanco Tequila
- 4 watermelon cubes (size 1.5” x 1.5”)
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- 0.5 part elderflower liqueur
- 0.25 part simple syrup

HOW TO PREPARE
- Muddle the watermelon, add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously with plenty of ice.
- Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with a salted watermelon cube.
