Summer in Arandas

  • 1.5 parts Mijenta Blanco Tequila
  • 4 watermelon cubes (size 1.5” x 1.5”)
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 part elderflower liqueur
  • 0.25 part simple syrup


  • Muddle the watermelon, add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously with plenty of ice.
  • Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with a salted watermelon cube.
