How long does shipping take?

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Because our products contain alcohol, an adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery and show valid ID. Carriers cannot leave alcohol shipments unattended.

Where does Mijenta ship?

Can I track my order?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@mijenta-tequila.com. If a shipment is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email orders@mijenta-tequila.com within 3 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue. Once reviewed, we will notify you if a replacement or refund is approved.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If a product is defective or damaged, we may issue a replacement or refund after review.
